Sounds like when Dell had network cards mispriced for about $0.81 shipped. I ordered ten, and they kept pushing off the delivery date further and further, and I had to respond to one or two emails to keep the order alive. They did finally ship but I think it was four or five months later. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had just canceled the order since it was obviously a misprice but as long as they were willing to play the game, I was too.

"We" sounds like Dell but the rebate is from the Western Digital.

Just remember if you purchase a hard drive from Dell, there is only a Thirty Day warranty. After 30 days you are stuck with it, Western digital won't touch it. Just a reminder!
