New Video Card, WoW Loading Error

So I got a new video card, GeForce 6800XT (256MB AGP 8X) and when I load WoW only the background/audio come up, there are no onscreen options and the background was also somewhat choppy. I tried an error check, made sure I have the latest drivers and everything and still the same thing happens. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance!

Title is a little misleading. Thought you actually had an error to look at.

Sometimes the latest drivers are not the best of choices. Some find that sticking to earlier versions work best. Can you give details on what driver you have loaded corrently?
And you do have Service Pack 2, Correct? Also, what are your full system specs?
