I have only been involved in a few major litigation cases but from what I understand, you sue THEN go to discovery. Not perform discovery then sue. This leads me to the conclusion that you either have no idea about litigation, there is no litigation or you are very confused.

To everyone talking it's a busy watch, yeah I know that and I like that for my daily. I have simplier watches and my desires for an evening watch are really just time. No date, no international time, no computers, no alarms, etc.

I am one of those people who does like having a watch for different outfits. I only have 3 though, but they all have their place. My Rolex is of course the most expensive, but even then, I didn't buy it new.

I like that watch. I am not a collector of watches like my wife though. I just wear it till it wears out.

And that means if the scratches are on the face that I notice as more than just normal for the length I have owned the watch, I just replace it.

That said, we have Sally down here in Florida tonight, I forgot to take off my watch while [Christopher] walking my dog.

While you thought she was nuts for a $26k watch, she went full bukkake for an envelope from some cheap watch company that was discussed here a while back full of Hello Kitty watches.
