jesus christ man, we are still in the discovery phase. There are suit potentials, we are waiting for their responses. I am in no rush.
Who are you performing "discovery" on?
I have only been involved in a few major litigation cases but from what I understand, you sue THEN go to discovery. Not perform discovery then sue. This leads me to the conclusion that you either have no idea about litigation, there is no litigation or you are very confused.
