It's under production, but it will only show up if you meet the requirements.

Wow...the GuildMaster has to invite people to join. You can then assign people with the recruit ability who can also recruit people...

Wow...the GuildMaster has to invite people to join. You can then assign people with the recruit ability who can also recruit people...

I can't actually send an invite, which is weird. You have to actually request to join then I can approve/deny it.
