Check your Webcertificate accounts and you may notice $3.00 has disappeared this and every future month! Webcertificate changed their terms a few months ago and introduced an Account Dormancy Fee. They determine your account to be Inactive after the 12 month anniversary date. The charge will be levied each month unless the account becomes active or the balance of the account is $0.00.
Inactive*- Any account which meets the following criteria:
1. Twelve months since the last Webcertificate was claimed to an account.
2. No funds added to Account in last 90 days.
3.No Webcertificate purchases made in last 90 days.
