You still want to enable DEP for all software for it to work, as shown in this pic.
I would tread lightly on enabling DEP for *EVERYTHING*. There are no events logged when a program is blocked and if this happens to block a process that's needed on legitmate software, really strange things start to happen. We had several programs that did NOTHING when they were run and sure enough going back and turning DEP to use windows files only (default) fixed this. Just a heads up.
