Storm isn't exactly "new," but certainly noteworthy when they up their game. Besides the well-known e-Card method of infection, there are pr0n sites which these guys use as bait to infect computers into their botnet via exploits, too. Thinking about the sophistication of the bad guys versus average PC owners, I'm not optomistic, myself

ok, after reading more....yes ime wrong that it is new. I see that it is making more headway than before.

It's nothing new of course (Storm worm has being on the radar screen for months now). But it really shows what can be done with malware if the bad guy is really determined and puts together pretty much every known trick in the book.
