Outlook is pretty good. Cleaner than Gmail now, actually.

I use both, though. Gmail is useful because of all the integrated services. I've only ever used Yahoo for a junk account, which I lost track of years ago.

Reread what he posted. He's not saying it's a personal rip off as in he's getting scammed or taken advantage of, he's stating that Yahoo copied a Google feature.

I didn't think the old one was exactly good, but the new one I'm not liking because of the forced tab bullshit. I'd open it in tabs in the browser if I want to open them in tabs Yahoo.

Also, the performance is crappy and its really inconsistent in how it handles images. Sometimes it'll open it in like a slideshow, sometimes it'll make you have to download it.

It was also stupid as they sent me like a billion messages saying how Yahoo Messenger in Mail was being stopped, and yet its there in the new Mail. That's actually a good thing, I just don't know why they made a fuss about discontinuing it when they forced people to switch to the new mail which includes it. They should have used that as a reason for people to switch to the new Mail sooner.

For the last hour I've been pulling hair thinking blackberry went fubar somehow after I realized when I got home that for some reason all my yahoo emails were being sent to my isp address. Seems yahoo did something late last night or early today and somehow email forwarding got turned on in my account.

When I went to look at the forwarding in the new advanced view nothing showed up (it was something I checked after deleting all email accounts on the mobile, reestablishing them and seeing he emails still screwed up). Went through the settings after selecting basic view mode and then it shows auto forward being turned on, How the hell does that happen....

I don't understand why everyone doesn't use a client. Not that long ago, I thought they did. I then discovered I was the odd one out. Web apps suck. The only thing they're good for is emergency use when the other choice is nothing at all.

I have outlook, just don't download but every other week'ish so use the web view in between.
