Did it ever occur to you that if everyone is finding something 'so hard to understand' it might be because what you're saying doesn't make sense?

I've seen leftists leave their common sense often enough when it comes to politics so that even people much smarter than anyone on this board behave churlishly.

It's like they're living in another world where everything out of their hivemind is devoid of sense. Kinda like religious folks. So no, it might have occurred to me when I was to naive to clueless folks like you, but not now.

For the second time, who are these people Trump is forcing to 'live up to their rule book'? Be specific.

I'm not obligated to answer your questions, got it. At least have a bit of sense after you got ELI5'ed a concept.

Haha yes, it's everyone else's fault, not yours. Color me shocked that you're incapable of self reflection!

I am also totally shocked that you are unable to provide any examples to back up what you said.

Who could have possibly guessed that one.

And I'm totally shocked how the goalposts move once you guys get shown up for your cluelessness. Not.

'Your example totally proves my point, here, let me show you how it totally proves your point, haha', give me a break.
I'm not here to answer your questions; you can go self-reflect on your own lack of it.

In addition to not knowing the definition of hypocrisy you apparently also don't know the definition of moving the goalposts. Asking you to back up your statement is not moving the goalposts in any way, shape, or form. The fact that you're trying to call other people clueless after getting that wrong is pretty amusing.

Look, I know you want to avoid answering my question because I know that you can't answer it without looking stupid. If you're just going to endlessly dance in order to try and save face just say so and save us all time and you embarrassment.

No, your objection was that my example played in your favor and I had to show you how it did not and you're bloody clueless. You should've asked this question before you made that stupid comment.

What I want to avoid is the same song and dance that you guys play when shown to be clueless about what's being said. It's amusing to see you divine my reason as to why.

As I said before, I've seen this nonsense often enough to understand that it's not worth bothering with. If it makes me look stupid in your eyes, then so be it. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

To me it appears to bother you that someone else wants specifics and it interrupts your opinions

Youd be slightly more convincing if you wernt making a big song and dance about not wanting to make a song and dance about explaining yourself.

Of course your example played in my favor, what you offered was a clear example of someone not being a hypocrite but Trump's actions and the views of his targets didn't fit with it. I asked you for specific examples after you stupidly kept trying to insist otherwise so we could walk through that together.

You have replied an awful lot of times to something you consider not to be worth bothering with. You've also taken much more time waving your hands about why you refuse to provide examples than it would have taken to simply list a few. To put it mildly, spending a whole bunch of extra time and effort making up excuses while claiming you're doing it to save time and effort is...not smart.

I like you, we haven't had a new conservative troll in here in awhile and you seem to be a good mix of high confidence and low ability. I'm sure plenty of amusing threads are in your future!

And there's the song and the dance.

Your reply to me here,

is wrong from the get go. Notice how there is no question of yours, no specifics but showing to me how I don't understand the meaning of the word and the example is hilariously ironic.

What was hilariously ironic is that you had to be explained it in the full despite my repeating it twice before that. And then claiming that I don't understand what 'moving the goalposts' means.

Well yeah. Its hard to deny that the rational thing to do in this thread is to laugh at you but I was trying to help there...

Umm, it's abundantly clear you don't know what it means considering how you've tried to apply it here. I asked you a few posts back if you were just going to flail about in order to try and save face. Can I take this to mean the answer is yes?

By the way, you're just making this funnier. How much time and effort have you spent avoiding giving specific examples while claiming you're doing it to save time and effort? You realize nobody is fooled, right?

Keep lying to yourself, it'll help sleeping at night.

You can do better than this! I know I said low ability but this is just lazy. You probably should have stopped digging awhile back but if you're going to keep on with this stupidity at least put in the work.

Another day another thread successfully buckshat by yet another buckshitter.

Did anyone else notice how hard the righty tries to maintain his bubble by totally ignoring the example I gave of his cult leader being a hypocrite (using his definition of a hypocrite btw), while addressing everything else and everyone else but that one point? You would think that it would simply ignore everything and not show its face again, but for some reason it keeps coming back for more. Its truly bizarre behavior. Moonbeam, can we get your take on this? If someone is afraid of spiders why would they keep going back to a corner with spiders in it and tell themselves that there aren't any spiders there? That certainly seems like a totally different type of defect than your standard CBD.

What bloody nonsense, I replied to you then and there to which your retort was calling me a Trump cultist. Don't kvetch when you get replied back in kind.

And what the hell do you mean my definition of hypocrite? Are sexually libertine atheists hypocrites when they call out a church-going conservative for not following his rulebook and acting like them? No, they are not and that's my definition in regards to Trump. I've laid that out clearly mulitple times here but some clueless folks like the guy I replied to above find it hard to follow. And when they follow, they move the goalposts.

Today I learned that asking someone to back up what they said is moving the goalposts. Lol.

If you ever decide to actually provide evidence for your bullshit I will be here patiently waiting! I think we all know that's not going to happen though. You know you're caught.

And? Didn't I tell you that according to MSM Trump wants to slash taxes so if he's calling out people for avoiding taxes in the full then he's making them play by their own rules. Do you think he's criticizing Hillary supporters or not? Do you think Hillary will raise taxes or not? So making the liberals live up to their own rules is hypocrisy or rules for radicals stuff?

Do I have to ELI5 everything to you? Heck, even my examples were from the leftist aisle so that you can understand it in one go, but no, not understanding other side's arguements goes hand in hand with leftist delusions of tolerance.

This post is entirely nonsensical ranting and non-sequiturs. It doesn't matter if Trump wants to cut taxes or not - he said that other people not paying taxes was a bad thing on its own merits while likely not paying taxes himself.

How is this hard to understand. Your guy is a hypocrite. Embrace it, as it's not even close to the worst thing about him.

*facepalm*

And Trump should criticize those who make a virtue of paying taxes and yet act like him as hypocrites.Because they are preaching what they don't practice while he's doing what makes one smart.

Why is this so hard for your guys to understand?

He's making them live up to their own rulebook, their own virtue, their own holy book. He's not a hypocrite. They are.

As I said before, whatever helps you sleep at night.

Into the trash it goes.

Dunning Kruger posterchild is another concept you'll have to live with never understanding alongside hypocrisy and everything else. Or the simple fact that replies to you in a public forum aren't only for you to read.
