Interesting argument but I say good luck with that. I don't see this Attorney General authorizing such a request to the other seven Justices (unfortunately). And even if they did Alito and Thomas will do anything they can to make life hell forever for any justice that supports such a disqualification.

If the right can intimidate judges in Trump criminal cases the left with threats of violence etc. surely the left can hound the conservatives on the Supreme court with ridicule every time they appear in public. They should know what contempt of their court looks like out of the courtroom.

Novel idea, but it'll never happen.

What makes anyone think that the SCOTUS justices in question would pick NOW to start following what the constitution says? Everyone knows that "original intent" only applies when they want it to.

I do not agree. I believe that social standing and the reputations that adhere to so called respectable jobs is a high level motivator for people that pursue those positions. People who hate themselves bask in the erzats glory of coveted positions precisely because of their actual inner barrenness. I see this as true of Alito and Thomas in particular because they reek of victim mentality. They are walking shoulder chips.

The hidden aspect of truth that I think people constantly miss is its paradoxical nature. The fact is that if you feel worthless you will act in ways that that will earn you that title. You will act like a piece of shit if you feel that way. And it is only the feeling that makes it true, not reality. Were this not so there would be no such thing as awakening.
