New Youtube Feature - bubble linked videos

[The Pentium Guy]

Go to any video on youtube (for example http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07pLGIgyfjw) and go to fullscreen mode. Then click the button to the right of the pause button, it brings up a bunch of floating bubles with links to videos.

It's working pretty slowly for me. It seems to draw links between videos as you click them. Anyone know more about this? Or has this been around for some time and I just haven't noticed it
