I'm not sure. These deals are based on 'the promotional part of the deal expires in 90 days', so it's unclear what's considered the promotional part of this deal.
It also says "[a]mount paid never expires." Superficially, I would think the promo part is the Premier Membership, but I don't see how that could "expire" since it's a "membership" that presumably kicks in immediately, not a "value" that could go unused. Maybe they'll leave you with the membership and deduct the (regular) price from the card's value after 90 days? It's really totally unclear...
For $50, I'm tempted to just go ahead and do it, since in any event I'm almost certain to, and in any event
could easily, spend $50 at Newegg over the next 3 months. For that matter, I could probably spend $100 without undue strain. But I'd rather know for sure before I pull the trigger, so I submitted a question asking for clarification. Dunno how long it will Groupon to post the question and then to get a response from them or Newegg, though. Hopefully it won't go "out of stock" or something before they do...
