You cant go wrong with Beans. Many 0300 mornings shopping there. Way before the internet.

Newegg at one point I would place an order and it would arrive a day early when shipped from the NJ warehouse and 3-4 days shipped from the CA warehouse all on "free shipping".

I average about 31k a year on shipping cost. I dont deal with DHL and I know why now. So I do deal with shipping a lot. Be it by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight companies.

There are a lot of banks that are open on Saturdays, but they consider it part of Monday from talking to the tellers in the past. This could be that type of situation.

It sounds like the shipping company is really to blame here, I don't think this is Neweggs fault.

Exactly. Any transaction after 2PM Friday is processed as if it is the next business day which is Monday (or Tuesdays on holiday weekends).

I just used Newegg and Amazon free shipping about 10 times in the past 2 weeks, the last item I ordered last week (Harmony One remote for my parents) arrived today.

I never have had a problem with a shipment coming in the time alloted.

Never use DHL for shipping, with any e-tailer. Good rule of thumb if you want your merchandise in a timely fashion.

You are telling me ram shipped out on the 15th from TN has not arrived in MA? Then when I inquire about it and point out shipping was 4-7 days and nowhere does it state business days and even if it said business days isnt DHL open for business on Saturday along with the post office so that is a business day. Now you are telling me that DHL has until the 27th to deliver it. WTF

Newegg your customer support and shipping has been going down hill for a while. I guess all good thing comes to an end.

I order it on the 13th, it shipped the 15th made its way to St. Louis on the 15th. So without Sat and Sun not included its 6 days as of today. Now we all know that items shipped will still be moved on Sat and Sun. Still shows its in STL.

Today is the 5th business day. With any shipping company, the day it ships does not count as a business day when calculating shipping time. 16th, 17th, 20th, 21st, 22nd.
