Let me start by saying, Im not trying to get flamed I just want answers. Ive been doing business with newegg.com for a lil over a year and have thousands of dollars not to mention the other customers Ive refered to them.
My last few orders have been a lil rocky but this last order in particular is one that has me thinking of a new supplier, My order didnt go out for days, I called them several times and they finnaly state it was ready to ship out some 4 days after I ordered I asked to be upgraded in shipping considering my past orders and they were very leary of doing this, they then agreed, They shipped my order consisiting of a case, cdrom, cdburner, processor, ram, video card, sound card etc...they shipped the order on 2 seperate days no explanation as to why, all parts were in stock, when I received the first part of the order and the disk for the GeforceII Gts OEM was rubberband to the card tight enough that it cracked it in half! Now I know no big deal download one from Nvida just the idea, my client wants the disk that cam with video card, I call Newegg sat on hold 15 minutes a rep picks up I hear background talk so I say "hello?" and I hear the rep say "O no I think its him" I here what sounds like there head set switch and I again say "hello?" I then hear "yea it defintly sounds like him" and then I here silence and then the call dropped, fustrated I call back and I wait on hold 10 minutes and the call switches to a voice mail saying they are closed when it was around noon there. I have to go to Fedex tonight to pick up the rest of the order, so I dont know if anything else will be damaged.... Has anyone else been experincing this from Newegg? Im thinking of returning the whole $900 order....
