They have been holding my board for 3 weeks and now they are saying I broke it and have to pay $43.
Since I refused to pay $43 they sent the broke board back and now I have to wait for it to get here so I can go thru AsRock to get a new board which could take (2+ weeks)
They have also been holding onto my return for 10 days and still haven't processed it.
Why is Newegg so horrible?
Original posts restored for continuity. It appears OP may have been responsible for the damage to his board & Newegg realized this. Regardless, this thread turned into a train wreck that the OP should have requested be locked long ago. Good luck on the new build, OP.
