If this really is a Newegg rep checking in, its nice to see that they at least care... I have to say I'm not happy with the switch to default UPS either... I ordered a Viewsonic 19 inch CRT that arrived on time, but was damaged by UPS & left on my dads porch without a signature... the side of the box was ripped badly & apparently somone at UPS decided to tape it back together, ignoring the fact that the moniter screen got hacked & the bezel had a large crack in it... Newegg is going to take care of it, but now my money is tied up for two weeks & my daughter has no moniter for her new PC... I just hate UPS, especially for anything large & heavy.
Sorry to say it, but unless Newegg's Fedex rates drop, I think I'll be switching to ZZF myself.
