Newegg news on Soyo Rebate

Hey, they have to make money somehow, you are their cashcows. Just take it as profits for them and forget it. It's ok my man, you can always make the money back by lawning your neighbor's lawn

I contacted Newegg again a couple months ago and happily, the $40 rebate showed up 2 days later. I waited for the $35 rebate but it didn't come. I contacted Newegg again but nothing. Another newegg contact and I was promised a refund. Three weeks later I again contacted Newegg as no refund came and I was again promised a refund and finally it did.
I must say, there is no other online company that would cover someone else's obligation. Strangely, I have come to expect excellent customer support from Newegg and in this case I wasn't disappointed. I would want this kind of CS from anycompany but I certainly wouldn't have expected it. I now have come to where I do expect that from NE and I sure do realize it.

There wase ZERO customer support from newegg when I contacted them several months ago, All I got from newegg was the run around. And about 3 unanswered emails.

Who do I call to get my rebates.

I've sent numerous emails to Soyo and to Newegg. I've sent regular mail per NewEgg's instruction to the Soyo office and nothing. I bought this motherboard in August 2004 and its been sitting in my workshop ever since. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with rebates . Needless to say I will never purchase any SOYO products again.

i contacted jason with my rebate information last week and already recived my rebate. i suggest anyone that has purchased from newegg do the same.

I also contacted Jason last week with my rebate info (SY-P4RC350 purchased in Nov. '04). Newegg issued a credit to my credit card for the $90 worth of rebates (2 x $45) that I never received. Based on this experience, I will definitely remain a loyal Newegg customer, and of course will definitely NEVER purchase any Soyo product ever again....
