Newegg owns! I posted a review then thanked them for doing such a good job on my vid card order, and they thanked me back...

Few weeks later, a package appears outta the blue. Now I have a nice thick Newegg t-shirt (for the winter, if that'll ever come in Florida), two case badges, and the 1 cent mouse (if I do remember, the 1 cent mouse costs $6 to ship normally)

doesn't matter how much you spend or spent there.. But you just cant email them w/o a account there and expect a reward like some people do.

i have no idea :/ most emails all they say is Thanks this email will be passed along newegg workers. Sooooooo i would say write a couple reviews on differnt sites and make sure to include the link and your custmor # or login name and name and addy in the email to NG. I have no idea how im getting free gifts b/c in all the emails i got they only said,

"Dear Shopper Name

Thank you for the kind words, they are certainly appreciated. It was truly a pleasure serving you and we hope for the opportunity to do business with you again in the near future.

newegg is probably the most reliable online retailer around. never had any problems with them before. that is one company that i will refer someone to go to everytime.

I have to second all the other positive posts about Newegg here. WHy... EXCELLENT customer service.

My story.... I went to build a PC from some buddys parts about a year ago. It was a AMD XP1700, Soyo mobo (like in my sig). Well dumb me didnt think to reset the CMOS and I could NOT get the rig to work. It would boot to windows, but anything that used DX (sound or vid) would lock it up.

So.. I ordered a mobo (aBIT) and a 2000XP CPU, and memory from newegg. I have built like 3 PCs and ordered all parts from them inthe past. Well..... a day after my order shipped I figured out that I needed to reset the CMOS... I did and the PC worked!!

AAAAHHH now what...my order shipped. ANd Newegg's policy states they charge a 15% restock! Damn! I called Customer Service and explained my situation. The GREAT CSR at newegg said "Just send the stuff back un-opened, and we wont charge you...we see you are a loyal customer by your past orders...." WOW!

That was my freebie, and as long as they continue the great service... thats All I care about!

I've had nothing but good experiences with newegg as well I e-mailed them just to see what happens... Even if they don't send me free stuff, I'll still order from them! In fact I just placed an order this afternoon, with more to come in the next few days. Man, Newegg is the best... Ever since the first time I ordered from them, I haven't even thought about buying anywhere else, unless it's a smoking hot deal!

newegg just sent me a box with not 1, not 2, but 3 pieces of crap in it! i am so excited!!! i will totally order from them again since i have to pay extra for them to randomly mail out whatever crap they have laying around the office to people. i wonder what i should do with my 3 new turds.

Did the eMail & a review on reseller ratings. Got a medium :brokenheart: t-shirt (I need large), a cool fairly heavy pen, and a case badge.

Ordered again, but they were having difficulty with the credit card alternate shipping address (was fine for the first order....go figure ). After 3 days, finally got it straightened out.....

Huh . . . I think I'll come out of the shadows and post something. It sounds like people are still getting stuff here. On the 12th of July, I sent an honest email o' praise to newegg with my email addy(newegg id) and my address. Then, I posted reviews at all 4 of the ratings sites, and I sent an email to newegg telling them this. In the email, I included the names I submitted the reviews under and once again my newegg id and address. The next day I got 2 "thank you" emails, but have recieved nothing else. A little disappointing, but my love for newegg still burns! I think today I will send them an email with links to all my reviews. Thanks for the great post though. Newegg still r0xors my b0xorz.

I think NewEgg should change their rewards program so that people get rewarded with cash for referrals that result in sales for them. Chump change for them if they can get people to pay their usually higher prices than elsewhere. Great service though I guess.
