I should have PMs available. i just checked my progfile again, and it does show PM turned on. However, I will send you PM after this post and give you more info, if needed.
On the RMAs, the 1st was entered by a NewEgg support person directly. I believe she did set it for repair, but the second, I think, was set for refund. I may be mistaken, though. Regardless, the two replacement orders for the boards were voided by a NewEgg CSR when I called, but new orders were STILL generated afterwards, which definitely should not have occurred.
In any case, check your PM. I'm going to call them in about 15 minutes to see what happens, but I'll PM you with my home email address (and work email, as well, , since I won't be home for several hours) and do not have access to my home email at work. (Blocked by our corporate firewall)
Thanks!
Al
EDIT: To be fair to NewEgg, I feel I SHOULD update the forum with the latest details. I contacted NewEgg, and was told the 2 boards I received from FedEx were actually the original boards I returned as RMAs sent back to me again. Apparently, the boards were warped due to heat or something. The boards were NOT warped when they were in my possession, so assuming NewEgg received them this way, they warped during shipping. I placed all the RMAs (2 boards and 1 CPU) along with styronuts and paperwork, in it's original packaging, into the box sent from NewEgg when I returned it. It was mailed via USPS. If the boards warped from heat, it was due to handling by USPS. I don't know if it ended up in a hot truck overnight, or just stuck in a hot truck during transit, but the heat issue was not caused by me. I explained the situation, and I was told that NewEgg WOULD, IN FACT, refund the cost of the boards to me, anyway, even though they initially advised that they would not. I'll keep an eye on my bank account and see what happens, as well as any emails received from NewEgg advising on the status.
