Nope, they're about twice as powerful for 1080P gaming (benchmark-wise) as a GTX 1660 Super. And similar in mining capability. (Slightly lower max hash-rate, slightly higher efficiency. But in the same ball-park. And for the same price, and better availability, I think that the RX 6600 cards are worth it.)
