Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for purchasing SOYO product.
Please submit the mail in rebates together in the same envelope with the UPC code and the receipt. We need the original UPC Code, and the receipt may be original, or copy. The UPC code should be outside of the box and starts with 660475, except CX-5959 it starts with 654862..

Please feel free to contact us if there are further questions.

Best Regards,

Rebate Department,
SOYO Inc.

Soyo has got to be one of the worst mobo manufactures in the world. PC Chips buying them would be a step in the right direction for that cheap a** company.

They could not pay me $75 to take one there boards.

I used them in my business for a solid year, and i replaced every single Aoyo board due to bad capicitators. That is all of them, not one or two but ALL.

Steer clear and spend your money wisely. It will pay dividends in the end.

A/O 8:00 AM EST, the rebates still require "Original Sales Receipt" for both rebates

I agree with woodscomp, Soyo make POS boards as based on the three that I've had experience with. Makes ECS look topshelf.

Soyo used to make GREAT m/b's.
I ran 2 with o/c'd Cely's for about 5 years.
That said I agree they are now marginal. I bought the Mwave deal BEFORE the rebate (m/b was free from the outset). That combo has been running since mid-March with no problem.

Not sure why there are three or four of these treads running at the same time.

It seems like the mods should lock them except for the first to post?

You gotta be kidding right ? This deal has been posted for a week now. Did you think they were going to save one just for you ?

Did you click on the "AUTO NOTIFY" button under the price ?

That's how I got one.

Hmmm... Do you have more than one?

Would you like to part with an extra?

PM if interested. Thanks.

As far as sending in the rebates, the actual forms say to mail them seperately, but someone from SOYO e-mailed an AT member saying to put them in one envolope. I jumped on this deal and what should I do?!?

It's thirty-seven cents. Put them in separate envelopes, as the instructions say.

Believe what you want but I've had months where I had over $1000 owed in rebates and I've received all of the rebates...

And a lot of people run $11K+ rebate tallies all the time with the absolute majority paid. I could never deal with quite that many since I'd lose track but less than that's doable.

In fact, right now I have to file $1050 in rebates...about $700 of that's from Dell, another $280 from Compaq and Circuit City, and then another $70 from officemax...

Rebates aren't for suckers, they're for people willing to keep track of their rebates and who know which rebates are likely to be paid...Dell is unlikely to stiff me on $700 for example, and I doubt HP would stiff me on the $200 rebate either. OfficeMax has stepped up to the plate for rebates they didn't even owe (when that optical drive rebrander went bankrupt) so I'm not particularly afraid of that $70 being lost either.

Anyway, if you don't like hot deals or filling out rebates that's your choice but they're not for suckers...I've probably received $4000 in rebates in my life.

That said, I wouldn't touch a Soyo rebate with a 50 ft pole either...the chances of it actually coming without a ridiculous amount of work are so slim it can't be worth the effort. Plus if it doesn't come I'd end up with a motherboard I didn't particularly want anyway. If this was the best motherboard on the planet or something I'd chance it.

Class action if we don't get our money. We'll be offered a $10 off cert to a future SOYO/PC Chips (ahahah, I'm kidding) purchse. I hope I get the rebates, I'm planning on eBaying it anyways, as I'm running a 2.2GHz Athlon and a 2.0GHz Athlon.
