I personally wouldn't buy a Nexus 6 64gb, or any non-uSD device with 64gb storage, at anything over $200. Too crippled for me.
What is non-uSD ?
What is so bad about it?

microSD. People have different needs in phones. I wish the Nexus had microSD expansion, but I can live without it.What is non-uSD ?

Why do I see only used and refurbished?
Confirmed.
A few weeks ago I bought a brand new Nexus 6 64GB for almost 1/3 the original MSRP $699 price.
It's been my daily driver for about 2 weeks (it was difficult to part with my Nexus 5) and I definitely made the right choice.
I could sell it in mint condition and still make a profit, sweet!

I doubt it. The recently sold ones sold for over $250 are brand new sealed. Ones that was opened are sold for under $250. Unless you bought yours for $199.
