last i checked the unified driver package is for nforce1/2/3 only.
you want the nforce 4 standalone kit.
consider at least comparing the integrated audio. nVidia Soundstorm was neglected just because people assumed it would be poor being integrated (when infact it surpassed audio cards and used NO cpu, less cpu than your PCI cards, yes that's right they use some cpu.) I use my Realteck ALC850 and it works fairly well. The only beef is that is doesn't support the newer proprietory EAX features and such.
i myself use nTune. it makes my system unbareably stable if i have it "optimize" video and such. just have it work on hard disk performance and you will get considerable gain at no stability loss. other overclocking/tweaking should be done manually to hit the right spot. remember to setup a profile to load any ntune settings up on boot (btw it can get pretty complicated, such as underclock/revert when the core temp. gets high, overclock parts when game is launched, etc, its quite comprehensive).
