Dude...I've been a Steelers fan since the 1950's. (my dad was from a small town not far from P-burgh) Moved to Spokane in the early 60's...MIGHT get to see the Steelers play on TV once a year, so I decided I needed a secondary team to root for. Packers were hot, so I became a Packers fan...then, in 76 when the Seahawks started..."WooHoo! finally, a "home" team." so I became a Seahawks fan.
I have 3 "favorite" teams...and I'm just as big a fan of one as I am the other...so, yes, I was a Seahawks fan during the Zorn and Largent years. I'm used to disappointment.

I am in a suicide pool with 146 people...just pick the winner of one game with no spread. 78 people were knocked out yesterday in Week 1 (big knockouts: 20 took the Titans, 19 took the Bengals, 19 took the Colts (ties don't count as a wins), 11 took the Niners)...

Thankfully I picked the Ravens

At the beginning of Sunday, there were 52 people left in the pool...31 of them took the Chiefs yesterday (I was one of them)...with 6 other wrong picks, the pool is now down to 15 people after week 3.

Keep in mind however that it IS only week #3.... plenty of time for "reality" to kick it in gear for NY and my guess is we start tonight! (although Dallas sucks too so you never know!)

Throw in a gazillon Cowboys penalties and you have a nailbiting Giants victory.

The ONLY issue is...Daniel Jones doing a Daniel Jones "just too short" misstep.

Ok sure, Washington is Daniel Jones' bitch. I grant that.

But some of those "weak" teams don't look so weak. Lions are pretty tough. Jacksonville just destroyed the Chargers.
Dallas got weak due to injury and losing Amari Cooper, but Philly has become pretty good.

though now half the city doesn't want them to win either. it gets awkward chatting about football at work so we pretty much stick to group texts.

i think haslams were absolute morons for picking the guy up, and i wouldn't be surprised if he sucks either after not playing this long. baker wasn't the answer but this guy shouldn't be the answer either.
