Jones is a baller this season. I see a lot in him, even with a very weak supporting cast outside of Barkley.

We shall see after a few more games.

How did you feel about him diving head-first right into a GB defensive back instead of sliding when he didn't have to? I've seen at least a dozen QB's end their seasons (and a couple careers!) on similar plays over the years.

Last time he did that he was out for a long time and apparently has learned nothing from it. It's that sort of thing that worries me about Jones not his arm.


EDIT: And what a garbage slate of games today excepting the Sunday night Bengals/Ravens matchup!

Just like that nobody for the Pats you were convinced was the next Montana/Brady lol.... you are correct time WILL tell.

The Steelers are a bad team (but very well coached FWIW) and it's going to be a long season for Pickett.... he may ultimately succeed as an NFL QB but it's no "gimme".

I haven't seen anywhere near enough of Pickett vs pro-level players to seriously comment on this.... so far all I REALLY see is a promising rookie. (that's something though!)

Daniel Jones is NOT a great QB but he is a veteran-player at this point believe it or not.

Herbert looks okay actually despite being a little "skittish" when it comes to getting hit due to tender ribs. Having had rib-injuries myself in the past I can't believe he's even playing right now!

I like Mac less then Burrow.

The only real difference is that nobody is surprised to see Buffalo is really good anymore! (except maybe @Torn Mind !!)

You have no idea. My 3 main sports teams have a combined 181 seasons (51, 56, 74) since their last championship.

I've always recognized them as good...merely second-best at best. Well. third-best because Mahomes and Brady own the Gold and Silver. Vegeta is always a powerful fighter, but Goku is always better.

But they'll lose when it counts to the Chiefs or Thomas.

The Buc's are not all that good this year and Golden-Boy is looking shaky.... I doubt they make it far in the post-season although I don't see anyone else winning the NFC South at the moment.

Well, if the Super Bowl were to be held now, I'd bet the Eagles will carry the torch of their NFC East predecessors and boot Buffalo out of another Super Bowl.

Right now nobody really looks all that good period.

I think the NFL may have taken "parity" to a bit of an extreme. (Mahomes/KC might be the single exception)

I believe this year is the end of the "Small QB" as 1st round draft picks.

Russell Wilson sucks and utterly got humilitated. Baker is utter trash. Kyler is bad.
