Has to be pretty high odds for World Series, Super Bowl, NBA Championship, and Stanley Cup.Looking for the WS thread?
Not that the Eagles are a bad bet next week @ home vs the Steelers. (I'd wait for the spread though)

Forget about the Year of Linux , this is going to be the year of Brotherly Love.
Feeling some Deja vu like Thomas is back?Mac really needs to shake off the rust and fast
Well, whaddyaknow?Tonight, Bailey Zappe has his national debut.
I meant the benching of the starter with significant investment for the low-round draft pick.To late... that INT sealed the deal.
And no, I have no delusions about a return of the GOAT

He's still got time to learn elsewhere. I liked moxie at times. But he never was as good as Lord Burrow. You were so high on Mac Jones, and still can't give Danny Dimes much of any credit at all.
We bow to you master QB analyst.

Yeah, MNF is a proper national game for all to see.How so? He already played in a couple of games when Jones was on IR. (or are you calling it his national debut since MNF is the only game on tonight?)

I give Danny credit in the short term.
Long term, I'll be satisfied if he stays on the Giants for a long time. A Tony Romo with wheels as his optimistic ceiling, how about that?
But well, it seems Mac Jones literally lost his job on MNF.
It seems you're changing the narrative. Giants don't have a "creampuff" schedule sans Washington. You've been in one-score nailbiters and have yet to dominate a team. This is why you need to wait until AFTER the league "makes adjustments" before making any final calls about an NFL starting QB even being consistent nevermind anointing them with "legendary" status before they win anything at all.
Mac Jones will be lucky to even be playing as a backup in 2 more years the way he looked last night.
I still sincerely doubt Daniel Jones is the next "Eli Manning" but at least he's been improving steadily under Daboll especially in terms of composure not regressing.
Jones has been giving the Giants a chance to win EVERY WEEK....and keep in mind that even with NY's "creampuff" of a '22 schedule you have to beat the teams you play. Despite my continued skepticism he's been delivering.
How much more can a fan ask ??
I don't fall for every QB. Have yet to be sold on Lawrence although the tangibles are elite. His play is anything but elite...
Lawrence is physically way above Burrow. So yes, his potential is much greater. No dispute there.Lawrence has one heck of a lot more potential as a starting QB than Mac Jones. (or Pickett for that matter)
Frankly I'd give him the edge physically over every QB you've "gushed over" in the last couple seasons with the possible exception of Burrow.
They are a NY Giants podcast. I expect it.the NFL is done, now they are giving sub-par game managers that barely contribute offensive players of the week recognition. what a shitty league
