Detroit's had a good game. They have stuffed Barkley and been constantly pressuring Jones.

The Giants laid an egg @ home so far against a team they were rightly favored to beat. Jones is looking the way he has in the majority of his starts over 4+ seasons.

The Lions have been playing better but they are not a good football team by any stretch of the imagination.

You should talk.... I'm being realistic based on the play I see on the field.

The Giants got slapped around so far in this game.... the D has been "okay" and the offense has taken a step backwards.

And watching the Commanders smash the Texans when it took everything NY had to beat them isn't exactly confidence-inspiring.

Jones will be alright.

But a little ribbing is necessary for an anemic performance against one of the worst defenses in history.

Third most injured team now has both starting corners out, more linemen out, a starting safety out and now one of our remaining good receivers.

Jones made a clearly bad throw after 6 weeks with no picks, meanwhile some of the best QBs in the league have been throwing picks. Still making some great throws under tons of pressure to nobody receivers and making plays with his legs, And now he start from scratch again.

Jones will be alright.

But a little ribbing is necessary for an anemic performance against one of the worst defenses in history.

It is an anemic performance, but this is definitely on the offense not just Jones. He has nobody getting open the few times he has protection, as we just saw a couple snaps ago. Barkley is not going and neither is the offensive line doing well. And now a fumble. It's a team anemic effort.
