Chargers run D never fails to fail in making a critical stop at the end of games.

that call was crazy and brilliant. ...but the clock rundown on 2nd down to go for the FG, though...I get it if the game is tied, but damn--not when you're losing. that kick ended up being close, even though it was a chip shot...which is why you give your Offense another SAFE chance to score or at least line up the ball, I dunno. They had more timeouts to work with.

Too many game-losing kicking flubs to end playoff dreams (just ask Dallas). (Not a dig at kickers, just that's such a high stress decision you didn't have to place on someone that, statistically, is facing more stress and has greater chance for failure than your QB and your offense does, from what my brain tells me...)
