Another Giants "win" that I'll 100% take BUT can't feel all that good about due mainly to the ineptitude of the opponent... still this beats the heck out of 0-2!

Breaking down their schedule if the chips land right I could actually see Big Blue looking @ 6-3 in week 10 after the "bye" and leading the division! (we really got a relatively "easy" draw this season!)


EDIT: Optimistically I only see three (3) near-certain losses on the Giants schedule although it's a good bet they'll get beat by 1-2 "bad" teams too... even so that would mean at worst a 6-loss season.

Realistically however this will do nothing to help this "meh" bunch to win a dang thing in the playoffs against actually solid NFL teams though.

Henry isn't the Titans problem.... in fact I think he's the one real "asset" that team has right now on offense. (but I agree the Bill's SHOULD give TN a proper thrashing tonight)

The Titans main issue is that Tannehill has peaked and he will never get a ring in the NFL (unless it's as a backup QB) because he's just too inconsistent.

Also I no longer have much faith in Mike Vrabel or TN's coaching staff to not "hand" the game to the other team with bone-head strategic decisions.

(Burrows is on track for around 110 sacks this year)

The Bungals "snuck up" on a lot of teams last year. Burrow is a solid NFL QB but ask Andrew Luck how much that matters if the rest of the team doesn't keep up. (and if anything Cinn went backwards as a team from last season)

NOW on the other hand after Mahomes "lollygagged" his way to blowing the AFC championship last season (and yes that's exactly what happened) CN has a massive "bullseye" drawn on their uniforms and things won't be quite so easy.

I think every realistic NFL fan is fully aware that the two overall best teams in the AFC watched last years Superbowl on television or from the stands.

In the NFL an elite running back is "nice to have" but a competent QB is a must.

Pittsburgh aiming a little for draft position by throwing out the inept Trubisky as a warm body.

Whatever the case, Stefanski can't seem to instill discipline.

Only because the Squealers are terrible on offense especially this year and somebody HAD to win it.

Even though they lost (and badly!) last night Pitt is closer to being good again then Cleveland is..... the Browns "football people" suck.

Neither one of these teams is doing anything for the playoffs aside from clicking on the tv and plopping down on the sofa.

The Browns are 1 hilarious collapse away from being 3-0 with their backup QB. As much as I want them to lose the rest of their games, I'll be surprised if they miss the playoffs.

The rest of their division is pretty bad so it's possible they'll get a "one and done" wildcard.... I wouldn't bet on it though after seeing them play.

A long FG is no "gimme" but they would have had a chance at least... I'm not sure Tom Brady could have pulled off that spike/clock play! Also talented as they are in some ways the Bills are slow-ish getting into formation.


EDIT: THIS game it's still all about "the Bills blew it" BUT if the Miami defense keeps playing the way they have so far this season and Tua stays accurate, pretty soon the Dolphins will be taken seriously by everyone. (it's still too early to judge)
