So you guys are saying that the team who gets up by a lot of points first has a better chance of winning the game?
God damn that is some expert analysis.
When do you all start at ESPN?
They won't return my calls.
I believe this game could go all kind of ways . . . low scoring, high scoring, a nailbiter or a blowout by either team.
I'll say this, as an Eagles fan: Mahomes is the one player on any team I would pay to see. Whatever you want to call it, that man has "it."
And if I were a betting man -- l'm not, except for the couple of times I suckered right wing posters on P&N to put their money where their mouth's were. It was like taking candy from a baby. But I digress. --
if I were a betting man, I'd bet on Fat Andy to out-coach Sirianni. That's no knock on Nick, either, just so.
And yet, totally unencumbered by expert analysis, I believe the Birds will win. <shrug>
For me, a lot hinges on whether Hurts gets back in synch with his WRs. That opens up everything. Last game, they won, he competed well, but he was off on the long ball. How much was rust and how much was his shoulder, I don't know.
The Eagles are
a good fucking team on both sides of the ball.
High ankle sprains can linger. If Mahome's agility remains hindered, the Birds might get to him. Otoh, look for the Chief's Kelce to have a monster game.
Anyway, I'll be glued to the screen come Sunday. One never know, do one?
That's why they play them.
