Chiefs played a good half (the offense a good quarter). Defense has been playing well, but the offense isn't good. I don't think you can even blame it on that atrocious right tackle at this point. Chiefs should hope for DeAndre Hopkins to get released by the Titans as they could sure use a guy like him it seems. I'd say make a trade for Jefferson but they'd have to give up too much to get him.
Poor Hill, I know he wanted to make the Chiefs regret trading him and then literally cost the game with his fumble.
This whole season feels like a letdown. No faith in any team as none of them seem to be able to consistently play well. Eagles have kinda quietly (well outside of Philly at least) been putting together a similar season to last year, feels like last year but no one seems to be talking about them. Ravens look like they could be good but I don't think anyone expects they'll make it through the year healthy. Then again, seems like every 10 years or so they do.
I don't think Daniel Jones was going to be an S tier QB, but I think he had talent enough to lead the team for a successful ten years or so. The Giants destroyed any chance of his success, they've put a horrible team and a lot of shitty coaching around him since day 1. He was on his third coaching staff in five years, of which the first three years were embarassing for the most part, he had some of the worst O-lines in the league year after year, if not a total lack of playmakers outside of Barkley for a good chunk of that time as well. He was pummeled by opposing defenses, and beat up to boot. He was known for a bounce back awww shucks Eli demeanor that took anything in stride, but I think the Giants broke him with their management. I feel bad for the dude.
Will be an interesting year next year as he counts for like 40 million against the cap. They will likely draft a QB and have them sit behind Jones to pick up some of the game for a year.
What are you smoking cause...damn. Look on the bright side, maybe he can become Alex Smith part 2 and you can obsess over him like the one guy on here used to for Smith.
Raiders let go of McDaniel & their GM last night. Interim is going to be their linebacker coach. Who's next?
Sounds like McDaniels was the same prick bastard he was in Denver (and New England, but he had Tom and Billy to make him look good). No one can stand the guy. My guess is he's trying to be the offensive version of Belicheck, only he has even less charisma.
