I am hurting this morning lol.

Commanders are going into Ford Field with absolutely nothing to lose and completely on house money. I do not expect a win next weekend but holy shit this has been a fun ride and I am never counting them out.

I remember seeing the stat last night that the Bucs had only allowed 9 points total in the 2nd half over their past 5 games. Well the Commanders came in and scored 13 on em last night, in their own house.

The only way there is any shot next week is basically in a shootout. The Lions are going to score points but their defense is full of holes and that has to be exploited.

Matchups next week:
Bills vs Ravens
Kansas City vs Houston
Detroit vs. Washington
Philadelphia vs. Minnesota or Los Angeles

Hard to imagine Houston and Washington not being big underdogs. Most compelling matchup next week looks like Bills-Ravens. Seems like Philadelphia is also pretty banged up after their game.

Yeah the only way the Commanders have a shot is if they score like 40, which they are capable of. It is going to be next to impossible to slow down their offense, although the Bucs had also been chugging along and they only scored 20 last night.

And Washington is already an underdog they opened at 8.5 dogs.

This is how I feel about the Bills against the Ravens.

The Commanders game last night was the best of the weekend. Daniels was very competent and they really showed Tampa Bay the business. They might have a chance against the Lions, especially considering their Defensive players on IR.

The rest of the games went as expected. My KC Chiefs will have a very tough opponent once we get past the Texans.

This is the year of the Chiefs 3-peat and I can't wait. Might end up being another Chiefs-Eagles showdown!

Before eight years ago or so, sports was pretty much sports to me and politics politics. I didn't like some players and teams for various reasons, such as them being an asshole or a divisional rival, but I had no idea who the fuck they voted for nor cared. Times have changed though.

The Rams are definitely better equipped to beat the eagles. Plus they won the big game before with multiple players still on the team. So they'll do well in the spotlight. Go Rams!

Rams have a lot of momentum.

Rams and Eagles have a lot of veteran leadership from their recent SB wins/appearances. The Eagles leadership from 2017 is aging, but they did make it to the SB in 2022.

Eagles have the defensive horses to win. Injury to Nikobe Dean is a major loss for the Eagles.

It's looking to be a great game if that's what is in the cards.

Too bad for Sam darnold. He basically got in his head in the last two games that were the most important of the year and the ones with the biggest things on the line. He got in his head and psyched himself out. He got the yips.
