I really hope the Lions get Sean Taylor. I really don't want to see them take Winslow.

A big step ahead..yet so many years behind.

The Dolts can't do anything right. Marty can't develop a QB. If Manning goes to SD, he will most likely be a bust.

They don't need a receiver and a QB. Other than that, they need big help everywhere.

I think the Skins will take Winslow if he is still available and Taylor will slip to the Lions.

very curious to see who the raiders take. There's that OT who looks good, they could always use a good line. The again, they could use another WR for in a couple years when Jerry Rice and/or Tim Brown retire. Also could use a RB since garner left, but to me wheately is fun to watch, that dude is nuts and likes to run into people!

I can't believe the silver and black got Warren Sapp and big Ted Washington. No one will be able to run against the Raiders next year.

Yeah, I just like the watching the old guys kick butt. I like Al Davis' approach philosophically, he relies on tried and true players who have proven they can play and take good care of their bodies.

But i'll shut up now, this isn't a raiders forum

Well the Raiders missed out with Corey Dillon. He would have fit well with the Raiders. They should have given their 2nd round pick for him. Now they might trade down to get the RB they want and get another pick too. Lot of teams want to move up to get Williams or Fitz.

I think someone will trade with the Raiders for the #2 pick and grab Gallery. Tackles like him don't come along very often. with 3 good QBs and a ton of food WRs in the draft there is room to move. Regardless, I think Gallery will go #2.

Im a die hard Falcons fan. (though they sucked last year). They need another good wide receiver to compliment Price. Michael Vick needs some talent to throw to. (not to mention a huge offensive line to protect him)

according to the "experts" roy is better. but the raiders may trade down to get a running back and then another team would draft fitz leaving roy to the raiders still.

Na, it's almost unanimous that Fitzgerald is better and will be the first WR selected. Oakland will probably draft him or Gallery.

yeah you're right, mel kiper (the draft analyist that almost always gets the first 10 picks right) is completely wrong on this one. i mean, what do they pay this guy for? :roll:

first of all, mel kiper is an idiot, and his mock drafts can't hold a candle to goose. goose is by far the most accurate first round predicter.

secondly, Roy is the consensus better WR. while Fitz used to be, Roy is bigger and faster than Larry, with amazing hands. almost all NFL scouts view Roy has the better WR.

As A chargers fan I don't think they screwed the trade.

They got LT arguably the Best RB In the NFL.

They could have done much better with the other picks they got but I still think that vick is going to be a good QB that will not win the SB.

I think they will take Rivers if he is still around, but will trade down if he isn't. My guess is that he will still be there, unless the Chargers trade down.

That may be true, although Fitzgerald is more proven. If the Raiders don't take Williams at #2, the Cardinals are so enamored with Fitz that they will certainly take him over Williams.

If I was a QB I wouldnt want to go in there.

They have no OL. If Eli Manning is drafted by the Chargers, he will break David Carr's single season sack record. Which is obviously NOT a good thing.

Eli had some legit reasons why he doesnt want to be drafted by the Chargers.

1. The ownership isnt committed to building a team
2. The ownership is in talks to move the team to LA.
3. They dont have legit WRs
4. They dont have a OL
