It's actually getting monotonous and too clinical IMHO and my interest is waning. I don't know what the answer is but the monotony of pass, pass, pass just doesn't captivate me. It's not every team, but some of them, especially the teams that play indoors.

The biggest change that's really contributed to the league being pass heavy is the adaptation of the no-huddle offense.

Going no huddle allows you to dictate mismatches that the defense can't do anything about as well as tire them out.

Dome's also to a certain degree change things. Manning definitely loses some of his mojo when he has to play outside in the winter. Brady on the other hand seems to get even better. :hmm:

I would personally beg to differ. I understand how hard it is to run past 11 guys trying to beat you to a pulp. A receiver only has 1 potentially 2 people to beat. Running is an art form.

There's flashy, and then there's just plain good.

Yes, this is a kick return, but still if running plays featured more moves like this, then it'd be flashy.

Run plays from scrimmage are workhorse plays. If you get something flashy out of them, that's just an added bonus.
