Cam Newton fans probably on the ledge now. When Fitz went down WFT probably was his best chance to start for an extended period and show he's still a viable starter in the NFL.

A lot of people figured Heineke would be mediocre enough for Rivera to bring in Newton and just turn him loose. Obviously that was not the case.

NFL games are just too expensive for what you get.... sitting high up in the endzone sucks donkey balls in MetLife stadium and ANY decent seat on the sidelines that isn't a total nose-bleed is like $300+ unless you are a season ticket holder.

Also watching football live at a HUGE-ASS stadium kinda sucks especially with the risk of Covid exposure from PLENTIFUL morons factored in.

I'll just stay home and watch it on TV thanks.

I don't like going to football games in general, even though I did that weekly when in college....but that was more for the day-long party. Can't say I remember much of the games...

I've never been to an NFL game and absolutely never will. I can't bring myself to spend actual money on that organization; tickets, bullshit merchandise so I can play little boy pretend football player with a stupid jersey, lol.

He WAS terrific at one point but I agree.... Cam's window of opportunity to be more then a backup QB in the NFL is just about shut. (and if he can't keep his lip zipped not even that!)

That was one hell of a game. Couldn't watch any football today due to prior commitments but got to watch most of the KC-BAL game. Pretty great stuff. Well-earned win by Baltimore for sure against an elite team.
