I really like these Saints color rush uniforms. The Drew Brees jersey is $150 - the Adrian Peterson Saints jersey is $50.

Frankly I have always hated Thursday night games. You don't let teams recover, they have an absurdly short week to prepare for the next game and there are a ton of arguments that it causes injuries. The only reason the NFL does it is for money because a game on Friday or another on Saturday compete with college football so it's basically the only slot that they can maximize viewers/money.

I wish they'd get rid of Thursday night games, even though I'd honestly watch football every day if it was on. Too many people get injured on Thursday. Saints are getting decimated, the Seahawks could have been in a great place if not for Thursday night injuries. It's not worth it.

If you make a pick in the endzone, just down it unless you can see the other endzone. Jesus.

And the injuries just keep mounting at the absolutely wrong time of the season. Can only hope they are minor but the sheer number of them makes that doubtful.

Bump.

Denver's actually having a decent game? It's miracle!

Yup, this sentiment has been echoed by many players/ex-players/coaches. NFL games, (specially as the season progresses), take a huge toll on the body but the team owners, league officials simply give zero shi*s about that possibility and extra profit is the only concern. No wonder the NFL has a severe opioid abuse problem, nothing has really changed in that regard, if you slam enough percocet you can ignore what your body is trying to tell you and play through injury. Many NFL player contracts also have incentive-based bonuses for staying on the field.

Yea, they were overdue for one, maybe Elway's comment that they were an "embarrassment" sunk in. Great game going on with the Rams/Eagles, back + forth affair with the Rams now if front 34-31 with the 4th Qtr remaining. Wentz took a huge shot during the TD run and now he's out with a knee injury for the rest of this game and it's not looking great according to Eagles trainers. LA Chargers (my dark horse pick from weeks ago) were dominant again today beating Washington 30-13. Rivers is playing very well and that defense is nasty with perhaps the best pass-rush in the league.

Some really good games today. I'm pleasantly surprised.
Agree, another good game for Garoppolo today as the Niners have now won 3 straight since he took over. If they can rebuild that O-line next season they might be a decent team. Jag's looked comfortably in control at 27-10 but their coach decided to go into the "prevent" defense, Russel Wilson said "thanks!" and has put Seattle in the EZ twice in the 4th and closed the score to 30-24 with 3:20 left.

Wow, the Jag's held off the late Seattle charge, in doing so an obvious PI call against Jags was missed and Seattle had to turn it over on downs. All the Jags needed do do was snap it a few times and win the game but the Seattle defense went complete Ghetto, (think the end of the SB vs the Pats). Bennett rolled into a Jag's player's knee's then another Seattle defender blasted a guy at the LOS. Utter bullshi*, you lost, deal with it, so the Ref's toss 2 Seattle players out of the game then hit Carroll for 15 yds for darting out on the field trying to control his embarrassing team. Finally as the 2nd Seattle defender was leaving he gets pelted with food/drinks, this does not go well as he now refuses to leave and tries to get into the crowd. As security is pulling him back yet more food/drink comes raining down infuriating him yet more, luckily there were enough big dudes to keep it from getting really ugly. As bad as Seattle acted when they should have just accepted the fact you lost, the fan's hurling food at someone from the relative safety of the seats is even worse, totally dick move IMO.

Eagles-Rams was game of the year so far. It would be great to see them match up again in the playoffs.

Still the lasting images of this weekend come from Buffalo. That was batshit insane.

Was that the fans on the field tossing around in the snow after the OT win?, Jesus that was a horrible condition to play anything in, I saw Adam V's extra point take a left hook but somehow manage to squeak past the uprights!.

Rumor is Wentz is done for the season with a torn ACL.
There's a vid on twitter of him in the tunnel walking into the locker room and his right knee is doing things no intact right knee would be doing.
