I would personally swap Brady out with somebody a little better under pressure. Not sure who yet... but somebody else

I don't know about Jamal Lewis, He had one "great" year (which was more a product of the number of carries he had than anything) but off the top of my head can't think of anyone else to put on that list. I'd take Duece McAllister in his prime over him any day.

Brady has been the recipient of many calls. If one really looks at how he got to his reputation as a "great" quarterback they would find that that he should only have 1 super bowl ring. He is an over rated quarterback who really cannot play when the heat is on.

I'll be the first to say I fucking hate Tom Brady and the NE Pats and most especially Bill 'Douchebag' Belichick, but I can't help but laugh at some people's Arm Chair Quarterback analysis of his playing.

He had one monster year and then several good ones (I thought he'd fallen off more than he had, but he had several solid years). The problem is, most of the other big name backs that aren't on that list didn't have as many good years. Larry Johnson had 2 good years. Priest Holmes had 3 good years. Peterson, Chris Johnson, and several of the ones that have come on strong the last few years haven't been around long enough to put them in yet.

Tony Richardson really deserves some credit, although I can't fault going with Neal, both are the type of fullbacks that coaches dream about having.

I don't see how you can argue against Brady deserving to be there. I'd take him over every other QB but Manning. What other QB has 3 rings and 4 Super Bowl appearances that decade? Who would you people take over Brady?

I might take Clinton Portis over Jamal Lewis. But no doubt Lewis' 2000 yard season is what gives him the edge over guys like Portis, Fred Taylor, Westbrook, etc

Brady was 3-1 in the Superbowl for the decade. No other qb comes close. Those arm chair qb's need to wake the fu#$ up!!

They should have just had Peyton Manning and then "Other."

Just kidding. Brady deserves to be on the list.

His defense and kicker are just as responsible for those Super Bowl wins. It seems that when they were winning Super Bowls, he got all the credit; when they lost to the Giants, Pats fans were tripping over themselves not to find any fault with him. As a Colts fan, it is gratifying seeing people finally realize the truth.

With that said, he deserves to be on the list. I'm not sure who else you could pick, since the only other QBs that leap to mind are Warner (2 SB losses but lots of stats and an amazing career), Roethlisberger (2 SB wins, but is sometimes erratic), Favre (had some bad years this decade and no SB appearances), or McNabb (1 SB loss and many other NFC Championship losses). In the end, I'd pick Manning #1, Brady a distant #2, and then maybe Warner or Big Ben as #3

He is a good QB and deserves to be on the list, but I do agree that he is overrated and his defense (which was super) during the Super Bowl runs doesn't get the credit it deserves.

Who else would you argue should be on there? I mean there are / were so many good players dating back to '00. I thought Priest Holmes would have been mentioned in the RB spot. Ty Law caught me a little off guard. He had an amazing couple of season with the Pats, but wasn't as much of a presence after being traded. Mike Alstott should get honorable mentions for FB, too. He peaked in 98-99 but continued to pick up plenty of first downs for his team.

When did Faulk peak? I'd take one of him if it was in the decade.

He peaked in the 99 - 2003 range; the Rams won the SB in 1999 and lost the SB in 2001. Marshall was on the cover of Madden 2003, so due to the Madden jinx, you can bank on his decline right after that. He would be a good addition to the team for sure.

Where is Brett Favre, Brett Favre!, BRETT FAVRE!?

Madden's All-Decade team would have Brett Favre at all QB spots.

you can take olin kreutz off the list, overrated as hell. no idea how he makes the probowl so often.

would be nice to see Robbie Gould on the list as a kicker, since if the worthless bears line hadnt let a kick get blocked he would have set an NFL accuracy record. His career percentage is 3-4 pts higher than either and was instrumental in their super bowl season.

I seriously thought that when Favre "came out" of retirement this last time, Madden would also come out of retirement just to work his games.
