I just read about this on a website, and the results are pretty crazy...
It seems that if you populate the 1/3 banks on a Nforce mobo with 2 sticks of ram (i'm using the MSI k7n420 pro) the twin bank architecture fully comes into effect...
I was previoulsy using the 1/2 banks for my ram and i scored 6245 on 3dmark 2k1... I just switched to the 1/3 config, and ran 3dmark again, this time around i got a score of 7121... pretty nuts for a simple dimm bank switch?
try it out, and see if you guys can get that much of a improvement...
