I hope this comes out sooner than later..... I was going to order next week (my new amd64 rig) but I can wait a few weeks but if its not out within 2 weeks I am going to go 754.
I actually think $180 for the top of the line mobo is pretty fair. HOWEVER $261 IS freakin' insane!Originally posted by: flexy

same here....on the other hand....i can/will wait 'til we have decent pcie graphics cards. If there's no pcie 6800gt...well i might as well wait longer and see the board's prices drop. $180 for a mobo would be insane...
the other option would be getting the board and keeping my ATI 9800Pro til we have decent cards...hmmm...

Somehow it just doesn't seem like Nforce without integrated graphics.
Some sort of int. GFFX 5600 or something would be nice.

Nah we knew it was coming with Soundstorm 2 since the first rumors of it.

yeh but you'll be lucky to nab a nforce 4 board for 150 when its first launched. itll probably be in the upwards of the 180'ish range.Originally posted by: flexy

Why bother if Creative is about to launch the Audigy 3? I've compared SoundStorm to an Audigy and found it lacking. Having no on-board video nor audio is a plus for me.
