I have no bias in the Rangers/Caps game.
The replay I saw was not obstructed at all. Looked pretty clear, breaking the plane at .2 and PAST the line by .1
If NBC's clock was off by .1 then I STILL think it was in.
But whatever, not much good has ever come out of the silly "situation room" anyways.
Buffalo averaged 11.7 PIM/game during the season but so far through 2 playoff games, they're averaging 20.5. Ouch. They really need to turn that around if they want to win this series.Did you see the number of penalties called in yesterdays Flyers-Sabres game?
2 goals in 38 seconds, wow Preds.

What did he do now? Wasn't he just off suspension? How many games will Torres get? I'm going to say 6, possibly more. I like Torres, but that hit was definitely over the line.

I'm a Flyers fan so ordinarily I'd agree on discipline being needed. But the shit that was getting called yesterday was absolute trash. In the interest of playing a fucking hockey game, the refs needed to put the whistles away, because the only really legit penalties I saw out there (practically) were the fighting majors.
As a fan, I don't want to see half the game played on special teams.

That hit was ridiculous, if he doesn't get at least 2 something is fcked up with the league.

Old NHL Raffi get kudos from his teammates, gets in a fight with other team, and Seabrook learns a lesson. New NHL Raffi is gonna get suspended and Seabrook might learn a lesson. He could have made it legal so easily by just touching the puck. Although Seabrook was pretty bloody stupid for skating behind the net like that with his head turned looking back.
I'm surprised the Refs just gave him 2 minutes.
Yea, I was expecting a major on that one. I'm calling a 5 game suspension on this hit.
Also, why wasn't Seabrook in the dressing room after that hit? He did eventually go in but that was about 2 shifts later when he got hit by Torres again.
