Great season Canucks, next year will be the year.

It sucks to have it end this way, but this season surpassed my expectations. By about mid-season (During that 11 game winning streak) I really started believing that we could do this thing. Hopefully a learning experience for all, and Luongo gets whatever the fuck he needs worked out... worked out.

Nah to me the Gold Medal win was more amazing. But that's cause I'm not a hockey fan in any way shape or form.

IMO a two week tournament does not compare at all to the long grind of a season with 2 months of physically demanding competition.

He's not a hockey guy, he came from the NBA and had no prior experience in hockey.

He was the commissioner who presided over two lockouts, one of which resulted in an entire season canceled.

He moved Canadian teams to the US and tried to force hockey to work in the southern US where there isn't much interest, meanwhile Canadian cities are begging for teams.
