Less of a deal than we thought, if you search PriceWatch, etc, you'll see that this power supply normally goes for $22-23, so $21 w/free shipping is good but NOT great

This stat jumped at me:

MTBF above 50,000 hrs at 25-degree

The inside of PSs are usually around 35 degrees. So how reliable is this thing?

Well, I ordered two of these because I was looking to get some on the cheap.. Well..

They are pretty nice looking, seem to be high quality, if a bit light.. cabling is nice. Moves alot of air.. and in my Inwin case the CPU fan blows right into the intake of the PSU, so thats a plus as well..

However, one failed within the first hour, Playing rise of nations and it just cuts out.. had to unplug and wait to reboot, tried it in another computer and it failed there as well..

So I guess YMMV..

Directron carries another line of PS made by TTGI. They are often listed as Directron's store brand. Look at the spec's and it will usually say TTGI. They are excellent, have used hundreds of them, and the price is reasonable. They often have the 350 Watt for about $25. These are heavy PS and high quality. No comparison with the usual cheap PS, just look at the case! I have never had a failure. Wattages up to about 520, I think. Come with 1,2,3 or 4 fans some lighted. Directron is a fine company, I live in Houston and buy from them almost daily. Just my opinion.......

Fortron makes one with specs like that for about $6 more and it has a 120mm fan ... but, if this power supply is like the rest of the generic power supplies out there, which it probably is, then those specs are what the testers get right before the caps pop and it bursts into flames. The FSP300-60PN almost matches those specs, but thats only at 70% load. I would pay the extra dough for that extra margin of security, consider the 120mm fan as bonus.
