I really am grateful for McNabb's play last night. His poor play kept my FFL opponent from beating me. If Eli Manning hadn't played like a confused child, I wouldn't have had to worry.

It really is a shame that the Cowboys were out played the whole game and then our QB chokes once again handing the game over to them. I'll agree with many people in this thread and say that Philly should keep TO and get rid of McNabb. Simply because Philly fans deserve TO and McNabb needs to be somewhere where' he's appreciated. Sure, Philly fans are there cheering for him while he's doing well, but yell "Trade him" the second he makes a mistake. They'll only appreciate him after he leaves (a la Randall).

I used to be a Philly fan back in the Cunningham and Buddy Ryan days, now I enjoy every single time they lose.

I am in Philly, born and raised in this area and let me say McNabb will always be an icon you are correct in that. The sad thing is I don't think he is worth near what he gets paid and that he is overated, he will be known from last nights game as the Cowboys best player!!!

Wow you're totally clueless. Look up ESPN's 10 gutsiest performances and the game where McNabb threw 4 TD's on a broken leg. He has more heart than TO will ever have, that's why Hugh Douglass called that p**sy out in the trainer's room and said he was faking his injury. TO wouldn't have gotten into a fistfight if the truth didn't hit home. McNabb has never made excuses for losing b/c of injuries, stop pulling sht out of your ass.

First off, let's start at the QB position. Having a QB who avg'd 16.27 INT's over 11 full seasons isn't someone who is going to win the SB for you. Bledsoe throws too many picks, period. Nothing will change.

Second, about your statement about close games. If you're basing your comparison of the Pats to the Cowboys after 9 games, that's ridiculous. I see no resemblence to the two teams, the Cowboys don't have the experience nor talent to be classified as super bowl caliber. For example, the running game. The Cowboys couldn't do anything against a super bowl caliber run defense like the Eagles, who stuffed Ladam Tomlinson for 17 yards. Yet, other Super Bowl caliber teams like the Falcons and Broncos ran on the Eagles. Julius Jones is decent, but not great. The 2nd option, Barber, is young and is prone to fumbling. Parcells is a great coach but overall I still don't see it.
