I don't know... I tried it and I think bootvis does a much better job of improving boot times.
EDIT: Just tested both and Bootvis kicks the crap out this program in terms of boot speed. The other tweaks might be useful, but some people on the message boards have found a few problems or errors. Anyway, I'm thankful that the program does improve shut down time.
IO PAGE LOCK LIMIT Recommended for everyone
This tweak alters the size of the IO paging area in memory. The larger RAM amount you have, the higher a limit
you can set. Improves general performance, especially when loading larger applications.

I mean seriously, boot up time means very little in overall system performance. I could care less if my system took 2 mins or 30 seconds to boot....unless I was doing numerous installs/patches that required several reboots. I run my system 24/7 with power down settings so I don't have to turn it on each time I want to use it.
Just my opinion! ................... Let the egg throwing begin!

well Kinesis, maybe you're not running your computer in your car...yeah, on my home computer, I couldn't care less, but in my car, it's very convenient to have the computer boot up in the shortest time possible...
