just thought i'd let y'all know, i've had one of these for a year or so and it is wonderful for what it was made for, point and shoot digital photos.
it's easy to use, takes good quality (for 2mp) pics, and is built like a tank. i have dropped this one on hard surfaces more often than i care to count, including one memorable moment when i watched it fly about 15 feet from my pocket and hit river rocks (i was throwing a snowball and it came out...). no problems whatsoever. definitely recommend one at this price but they do eat batteries (4x AA), about every 200or so pics.

Yep this is a very solid entry level digicam.

Anyone who has a digicam should buy some cheap rechargeable batteries.

I got this camera from BB for $99 during their Day-After-Thanksgiving sale as a substitute for the Kodak $99 camera they advertised since they messed up the redemption flyer distribution. This camera is definitely a premier starter camera. It's easy to use and has many cool options. $97 is an absolute steal. Get them while you can if this offer is valid.
