Stretch and drink a glass of water before you go. (more would cause cramps) You'll really feel RH on your second run and on. Just take it easy today.
you know, i used to run a lot. Cross country team, <6 minute miles. Lately (since college) i havent been running very regularly at all. here and there. i havent ran in the last 2 weeks or so, and i was just sitting here RIGHT now thinking "why am i in such a sh!tty mood?" and the answer, maybe, is that i havent exerted any physical energy in a while.
anyone have this? physical exertion lightens their mood?
