Did I get taken for $150? It depends on what you define as "taken". I find that anything which gets me outside and pushing myself farther is more often than not worth it.

i would think heart rate monitor, though less accurate, would be less invasive and cheaper to implement.

Highland, not sure what you could do about glycogen stores except track the explicit angles and iterations of area (upper, lower body), punch in what you did into the app, and have it average statistical baselines relative to the exercise (say, barbell curls). At least that'd be half scientific, unlike Nike's POS.

I like the whole sleep monitoring thing that it shows ( http://www.fitbit.com/product/features#sleep ). Do you know how well it works? I've always wondered if I get a good night's rest, and I think it would be rather awesome to track that.
