Nikon D40 SLR with 18-55mm(f/3.5) & 55-200mm(f/4) at bhphotovideo.com for $560 after $100 instant rebate. Mine is on the way.

Is that with the VR or non-VR 55-200mm lens?

The 55-200mm lens does not have VR (image stabilization). The deal @ Amazon is $10 more but there 55-200mm lens has VR and you get a UV lens filter, an extra strap, and free shipping. There are more details @ FW.

Nikon D40 is sold as a kit only. It comes with the 18-55mm lens by default.

The Amazon deal did not include 2 lenses. The VR lens was seperate.

I got mine from B&H, all went well
