Nintendo is offering rebates on purchase from authorized retailers between 12/8 and 12/14. On systems it is a $25 rebate. Then you can get $5 rebates on selected games and the wavebird controller up to $25.

so if you buy online to pick up in store, you can get the 20% msn, plus a free wavebird plus a game. then submit a $25 rebate, then $10 for the game and wavebird

one thing to note, the wavebird has to be on the receipt...my thinking is that cc will scan the wavebird then enter a discount for $34.99 (regular price). if thats the case you shoudl be good to go. if not...then you prolly wont get the rebate.

EDIT2: you might be able to add a pricematch to fao schwartz if you have one in your area, they are selling online for $120 so you would get either $30 or $33 back from cc
the math would be:

= $179.99/$189.99 + tax (not sure if they will charge you tax on the wavebird)

- $25 rebate for cube
- $10 rebates for game and wavebird
= $144.99/$154.99 + whatever tax you had paid previously

- 20% of $179.99 = $35.99
- 20% of $189.99 = $37.99
this msn dollars will not show up till feb, and you will have to use it online

What's the return policy on the GC at BB? If it's 30 days, then you can just go back there and ask them to do it, if they refuse, tell them you want to return the GC, then buy it again.

5 dollars per game. Up to 5 games. If you buy 5 games, the rebates would be 25 bucks.

Personally, I would go for the wireless control.

I cant find the ads. Please point. I search around the mentioned place for post on CC ads, and jwong and found nothing.


Edit: Found it. Its exactly as you said it except that the game is not free. So its 149.99 plus tax, minus 20% msn, 25 rebate, minus 5 rebate for controller, plus wireless controller.
And also have to get the game too, say metroid or sometime else, also will get the 5 dollars rebate.
