Even if it isn't faster than the 911, that is still impressive for a "450bhp" car. Now let's see them make it for that $60k price tag.

I'm not sure its twice as good as a 350z to justify the 60k price. Furthermore, by the time its for sale it will probably be in the 70-80 range. Which means same price bracket as the zo6 and viper, both of which are faster. Not to mention in that range there are also several sedans which make more hp.

Not sure what Nissan is going for with this car. 45k, with no dealer markup, this is a runaway hit. But at an inflated price, it may see a similar fate as the NSX.

Skyline GTR has a lot of history just in the badge, though. If snot-nosed teenage ricers could afford this car it'd be a huge hit.

(not saying this car is a bad rice-rocket, I'm saying that the guy that puts a coffee can around his civic's muffler is more likely to jack off to an R34 than a ferrari)

this is a Halo car, I don't see it having great sales considering they are badging it as a Nissan and the cost

I don't follow. You're getting Porsche 911 Turbo performance ($120k) at half the price.

Twin turbo 3.7L VQ + ATESSA ETS AWD on a dedicated platform, unlike the shared FM chassis that the Z is based on.

I say it's a bargain, perhaps the best performance vehicle for your dollar right up there with the Z06.

In the Video Edmunds said that it turned the quickest lap by 3/10ths compared to the 911.
